Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Since our products are freshly made, we ensure every jar is prepared with care before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Perishable Products
As our chutneys are freshly made food products, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered, unless the product is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order may already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
