At Zayka Farm, we take pride in preparing handmade, homemade, and natural food products with the utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

You received a damaged or leaking product.
You received the wrong product.
The product seal was broken upon delivery.
The product was expired at the time of delivery.

Return Conditions

The product must be in its original packaging.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
All claims are subject to verification and approval by Zayka Farm.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns and refunds are not available for:

Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Incorrect products or quantities ordered by the customer.
Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
